Early last week I noticed his light was on when I went to get him up for school. I also noticed that he had a bookmark near the end of Harry Potter #3. Now I knew he'd been reading #2 when he went to bed. Come to find out he'd read most of the night. That happened again this week. He read over half of #5, after finishing #4. We are both proud and worried. Yeah that he wants to read, but upset because he tends to be irritable (to say the least) when he is tired.
Last week I saw his teacher at the school. She mentioned that he was reading in class when he was suppose to be doing math. When asked about it he said he couldn't help it, "he comes from a long line of great readers." She thought it was so funny she wrote it down.
Yeah for reading but perhaps more during the day and less at night!

That is a totally great quote. Do you remember you had to be grounded from reading for the last 3 weeks of every semester to get your grades up?
